How it was born

In December 2012 Airv1 Airlines was simply a small, but a bold idea. Since then more reasons and huge potential has arisen making Airv1 Airlines wanting this to succeed to a greater level.
Having witnessed the unfortunate demise in Regional Airport Routes, Airv1 Airlines is aiming to return that much needed demand for the Holiday & Business Sectors.
Airv1 Airlines will be truly unique.  Cabin crew uniforms will have a 60's twist! An on-board safety briefing will have a vibrant introduction, whilst keeping to the seriousness of the demonstration itself. Interior lighting will have a "mood Lighting" system and package deals will be a cut above the rest.
Flying with Airv1 Airlines will be an unforgettable experience, leaving you wanting to tell "Airv1" about us.

"60's TWIST"

The Mission

To become a well formed and solid Airline going to all common and unusual destinations. Increasing the aircraft fleet to a manageable amount and provide an unprecedented service that will be recognized within the Aviation World!

The Name "AIRv1"

I don't think it takes to much imagination into how the word "AIR" was integrated. "AIR" = AIRCRAFT and "v1" is a technical term used within the flight deck (cockpit). If all ok during takeoff procedure then flight crew calls "v1". This is a decision speed to either abort take off or continue with takeoff, so the two were combined  into "AIRv1".

The Motto "Airv1's Airline"

Now if you were to say "AIRv1" quickly it sounds like "everyone" and so the motto "AIRv1's AIRLINE" was born. It's not just a name, it has meaning.

"Its not just a name, it has meaning"

Why the 60's twist?

When commercial air travel took to the skies, Cabin Crew jobs then were looked upon as glamourous with a hint of jealousy. Although cabin crew still do an amazing job to this day, sadly in today's society it's looked upon as an expectation. Bringing the 60's twist back to the cabin crew will entice that "look at me" image and bring with it the respect they deserve. Uniqueness comes within the detail.

Have you spotted the Website/Airport integration?

Here's a hint:

Got it? Well, have you noticed the signage at the airports? they're either black background/yellow writing or yellow background/black writing. All the interaction buttons on here will change from black background/yellow writing to yellow background/ black writing, just like the airport signage colours!
